Still kinda in a funk, but it was nice to get a workout in. Taking it easy today and just doing Jillian’s 6 Week Six Pack-I’ve been going really hard this week and my body needed an easy day anyway :)

Ran my first 5k in several, several months!

30:06 running time, 500 calories burned.

It was definitely a struggle, to say the least. But I feel good about it and now just need to start running outside to get prepped for my 5k on March 6th. 

Sweaty and exhausted, it’s time for Jillian Michaels time! Wish me luck :) x

Honestly saw results within days!!!
Went on holiday before I could finish it… and then all the results went away as I’ve put on so much weight! But just letting everyone know it is such a good DVD that I will be using in January!!!
