With the surprising upswing of followers I’ve received as of late, I decided to make a FAQ with some of the most popular questions. If you feel I should add something, let me know here.

How old are you?
21! Legal, baby!

How tall are you?
5’9”.

How did you lose all that weight?
Two and a half years of cutting calories, busting my ass at the gym, drinking water, educating myself, and living healthily. That’s all it takes, honestly. No secrets.

What is your daily routine/favorite exercise?
I love to run, do Zumba, and pretty much any workout video. I don’t have a set routine, as it changes everyday. But usually one of those is in there somewhere, as well as some resistance/strength training!  I’m also currently on the Insanity program.

Do you have stretch marks/loose skin?
Stretch marks-yes, lots. All over. From my upper thighs that reach all the way to my arm pits. I will have them forever. I work on accepting them each day, but it’s definitely a struggle. Loose skin? Not so much. Maybe a little under my arms, but I can’t tell for sure. As of right now, I don’t think so!

What should I do/how should I lose weight/help me/what do you recommend?
Guys, I’m no nutritionist. I did what was right by me. That won’t work for everyone. Do some research, check out some fitblrs, talk to your doctor. Get your own plan going because in the end, it’s completely dependent on each individual. But always feel free to ask me specific questions :)
