Alright, now that my weekend tomfoolery is accomplished and I haven’t been to a gym in 5 days, it’s time to set up my goals for the new month!
For March I want to accomplish the following:

Well, friends, today was weigh-in day for me. If you read my post last night, I was really concerned that I wouldn’t lose anything at all because of my two sick days.
Well, I was wrong. Weigh-in this morning put me at 217.8, a 2.6 weight loss from last week.
