Gosh, the days are flying by. It seems like yesterday I was in the 170s, and now I’m already in the low 160s. Yikes.
Today was definitely a setback. Some how I’m up .8 of a pound and I don’t really know how that happened? I didn’t eat tons yesterday AND I worked out. It’s just a little frustrating, I’m so ready to get back in the 220 range and my body just will...
