Wake up at 7, taking a couple of minutes to wake up. Do Jillian Michaels 6 Week Six-Pack Level 2. Shower quickly. Poached eggs on toast with coffee…yummm! Get ready for class. Go to class! Go to lunch in the cafeteria. Come back to the apartment and put on some sexy gym clothes. Run at least two miles, either outside or on the treadmill. ZUMBA!!! Back to the flat for showertown...
